Set Dressing Examples

The above examples are from Apple TV+ “Shape Island” done at Bix Pix Entertainment. All done in collaboration with Alex Steele and Bismark Fernandes.

I Individually placing the rug, bed, side tables with lights, props and pictures on the walls. Sticking each down with either tie-downs, wax or top stick. I also filled in all the holes with fresh clay, glue and sand to blend in from the previous animated shot, hot glued rocks, repainted scuffed rocks, and seamed rocks to sand to make it look like it is part of the scene.

The above image is from Mcdonald’s Mcbuddies Commercial. I worked with my team at Stoopid Buddy Stoodios to set dress and build everything you see on the set. We built the buildings, lamposts, signs, and used fake snow, clay and spray to create a winter effect over the fictional town “Frostway”.

I, along with my team at Stoopid Buddy Stoodios and my Art Directors Paige Moore and Dilean Jimenez built all the buildings you see above out of MDF. Followed by sanding, priming, painting and decorating how you see in the final product.
